Irish Music Festivals
It’s not that long ago in Ireland when the only big music event each summer was a trip to Slane Castle to see the likes of The Verve, REM or Bryan Adams strut their stuff. Since then we have had a plethora of music festivals spring up all over the Ireland from locations in Cities, Farms, Beaches, Castles, anywhere with a bit of land really!

2013 sees the most jam packed summer of Irish Music Festivals ever showcasing the biggest names in Pop, Rock, Indie, R&B, electronica and whatever else the kids are listening to these days.

Below is a list of the festivals and acts that will be entertaining the masses this summer across Ireland.

These are the main festivals that are on this summer but there are many other smaller festivals around the country this summer.

In addition to all of these festivals, there are also a lot of big name acts headlining their own open air shows this summer including a mini-festival in the Phoenix Park held over 3 days in July, 2 days of Slane and plenty of others to keep all music tastes happy.
