Forbidden Fruit Festival Fashion

Introducing Our Guest Blogger

Finally it’s that time of the year again its summer…

I am so happy to be the official style blogger for ‘Festival Fashion Tips’ as every girl would agree festival fashion is the best kind, as pretty much anything goes ? Coming up this week in Dublin is Forbidden Fruit, so I have put together some looks, which can be changed up in so many ways. For me when I think festival I think outdoors, comfort, style and fun! I have styled these two looks purely on what’s in trend now and pretty much what will never go out of fashion!

The Festival Fashion Look

The first look I have paired some plain black shorts with a plain white vest, this is a simple classic look (black and white will never date) team this with a cap to add more of a statement, add another statement piece a bright neon bag! The second look is a more relaxed bohemian inspired look teamed with converse which I cannot live without! Once again add a statement piece like an electric blue saddle bag .You can never go wrong with two things at a festival in my opinion sunglasses to cover any make up malfunctions i.e. smudged liner and a hat to keep the sun off your head or in Ireland the rain! Always make sure you apply sunscreen it’s so important to protect your skin with a SPF we don’t want any wrinkles. If you cannot live without high heels opt for the wedged trainer, these are so comfortable and stylish and you don’t have to spend hundreds on these, check out the likes of A-wear, Topshop, River Island and Penney’s!  Also if you’re obsessed with accessories as much as I am and you want to dress up your look, Penney’s is such a great place to grab the latest accessories for half the cost of the high street stores.

Let me know what’s your festival fashion style? Post all your comments on the ‘ FestivalTips’ Facebook page !

Have a great time if you’re heading to Forbidden Fruit!!

Until next time….
